Terms & Conditions
- Monthly service fees are based on a per month basis. Some months have more weeks
than others. Therefore, R1 Pool Service reserves the right to a two week vacation per
calendar year. Timely notice will be given to all clients prior to vacation days. - All major holidays are non working days with the exception of a chemical only treatment
on an as needed basis. Rain days are chemical only based on lightning activity or
heavy rainfall. - All quality chemicals are included except for algaecides,scale prevention products and
sequestering agents: however, we can add these on to the service agreement for an
additional price. We cannot be liable for algae blooms or conditions known to occur with
aging marcite, such as pitting, etching and staining. - Should client prematurely terminate the agreement, there will be no refund or pro-ration
for the month paid. - Invoices are issued every 30 days from your original start date. Any payment not made
within 18 days will incur a late charge of $15.00. Any late payment not made before the
next billing date, results in a chemical only drop under the full service agreement. - At the inception of service, all clients are asked to sign a Pool Maintenance Agreement
with the above stated information, further agreeing should they default on any payment,
understand they will be liable for all collection fees incurred by R1 Pool Service to
include but not limited to court costs, filing fees, late fees and attorney fees as allowed
by Florida State Law.
